Bytown Tiffins provides Indian food delivery and tiffin services in Ottawa and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to change
Payment must be made at the time of order placement
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash
Orders must be placed before the specified cutoff time for next-day delivery

4. Delivery

We deliver to specified areas in Ottawa, Kanata, Nepean, Barrhaven, Stittsville, and Riverside South. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: Refund eligibility is based on meals consumed from your plan.

Refund window: Refunds are only available if requested before tasting 3 meals from your plan.
No refund after 3 meals: Once you have received and consumed 3 or more meals from your plan, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Meal plans can be paused or cancelled at any time going forward, but the refund eligibility window still applies to meals already received.

6. Food Safety and Allergies

While we maintain high food safety standards in our licensed kitchen, customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We cannot guarantee that our meals are completely free from allergens due to the nature of food preparation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bytown Tiffins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
