1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bytown Tiffins' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bytown Tiffins provides Indian food delivery and tiffin services in Ottawa and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to change
• Payment must be made at the time of order placement
• We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash
• Orders must be placed before the specified cutoff time for next-day delivery

4. Delivery

We deliver to specified areas in Ottawa, Kanata, Nepean, Stittsville, and Riverside South. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refund window: Refunds are only available if requested before tasting 3 meals from your plan.
• No refund after 3 meals: Once you have received and consumed 3 or more meals from your plan, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
• To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us via WhatsApp at (647) 514-0830 or email info@bytowntiffins.com.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Meal plans can be paused or cancelled at any time going forward, but the refund eligibility window still applies to meals already received.

6. Food Safety and Allergies

While we maintain high food safety standards in our licensed kitchen, customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We cannot guarantee that our meals are completely free from allergens due to the nature of food preparation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bytown Tiffins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials, including logos, text, images, and recipes, are the property of Bytown Tiffins and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Bytown Tiffins reserves the right to update, modify, add to, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

• Any revised Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon being posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the date of the most recent revision.
• Where we make material changes, we may also notify you by email at the address associated with your account or order, or by a prominent notice on our website. Notice is provided as a courtesy and is not required for changes to take effect.
• Your continued use of our services, or your placement of any new order, after revised terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using our services.
• Revised terms apply to everyone. They govern all users and all orders, meal plans, and subscriptions, whether placed before or after the revision takes effect. Revisions are not limited to future orders and also apply to any order, plan, or subscription that is still in progress when the revised terms are posted.
• The version of these Terms and Conditions posted on this page at the time of your use is the version that governs your use of our services and any order, meal plan, or subscription, regardless of when that order, plan, or subscription was originally placed.
