If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery or pick-up to request a refund or replacement. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and while we strive to accommodate all concerns, refunds and replacements are not guaranteed.
1. Refund and Replacement Requests
- Eligibility: To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. This policy applies if you receive an incorrect meal or if the meal is not consumed.
- Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are subject to a reprocessing fee equivalent to the price of the meal, as the meals are prepared fresh on the day of delivery.
2. Delivery and Handling
- Delivery Method: It is important to choose the correct delivery method. We are not responsible for refunds if an inappropriate delivery method is selected.
- Delivery Charges: Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Spoilage: We follow strict food safety guidelines to ensure freshness, but we recommend consuming the meals within four days of delivery. We are not liable for spoilage if meals are not stored properly.
3. Order Accuracy
- Mistakes: Despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours for an exchange on your next delivery or a full refund upon return of the meal.
- Macro Measurements: Any significant error in macro measurements will be addressed immediately.
4. Prepaid Orders
- Refunds: Prepaid orders are not eligible for refunds if cancellation is not made within 24 hours.
